Who Should Wear Mouthguards?
- Part time or full time professional athletes engaged in contact sports
- People who engage in non-contact type sports or activities that have a high risk of falling (e.g. gymnasts, ice skaters, cyclists etc.).
- School or college students engaged in any kind of sporting or physical activities
- People who suffer from persistent teeth grinding or clenching which is a condition called Bruxism and can occur subconsciously when you’re awake or during sleep. Custom mouthguards made for bruxism patients are slightly different to those designed for sporting physical activities.
